I don’t see the connection between the term ‘insider trading ’ in the title and the rest of the article. Please explain.

I was saying that my insights are so good and deep in the industry that they are like Insider Trading.

You write insider trading with a cavalier-ness that I cannot muster as someone previously at an SEC-regulated institution, lol. (Not that it's an issue in your case in crafting a click-able title)

The SEC as a regulatory is usually one that if you say, "Bite me," their response is, "Yes, I think I will."

If they come after me, I have a legal research tool that would be helpful to them.

But yes, I'll keep that in mind

I mean, just be clear (in case the joking wasn’t), you’re in no true danger given you are neither running a regulated entity or an exempt one.

The thing about Insider Trading, besides having a legal variant, is that it's more about timely intelligence than skill at trading itself.

One challenge is access. Below are two sources for such esoteric knowledge. Another challenge is sifting through the noise for meaningful signals.

By and large, short-selling is not recommended on this info alone, since executives may have several reasons for selling. A possible exception might be Meta Platforms, whose earnings report next week has been preceded by Mark Zuckerberg selling $22 Million in company stock, and a few others of the C-Suite collectively selling a similar amount over the last week.

The more consistently winning strategy is to study the insider buys in search of good long-positions. There are far fewer buys than sells on any given day, making them stick out like juicy thumbs to bit clean off. They're a more accurate catalyst, although one still needs selection criteria.
